Favorite Cutie Mark Crusader?

Applebloom, she’s probably the one I find the LEAST annoying of them. Honestly I’m not a big fan of the cutie mark crusaders at all especially when they’re all together. It’s probably cause Applebloom is the one who had the most focus mostly with the Apple Family in cute well developed episodes focusing on her relationships with Granny Smith, Applejack, and Big Mac. I like Sweetie Bell decently but UGH Scootaloo she better improve cause she’s dangerously close to ponies I just can’t stand. To be honest if this was a “least favorite cutie mark crusader” I’d have a lot more to say…

Favorite and least favorite songs?

Ugh…that’s a tough choice all the songs were pretty fun in the series and I definitely can’t think of one I HATE.

My favorite songs are; The Theme Song (Man I knew I was gonna like it when suddenly the music kicked up instead of playing the original classic like I thought it would XD), Winter Wrap-up (so damn frickin catchy as hell), Art of the Dress (I will admit I LOVE rarity’s singing voice), Becoming Popular (Again Rarity singing well), Find A Pet (Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash make a cute duet), and Pinkie’s Telegram Song (Again, overly catchy).

My least favorite though is probably The Piggie Dance; seriously what the hell Pinkie? Where did that overly cute and overly random song come from? It didn’t make me cry like it did to poor Pound and Pumpkin; but when the CHARACTERS in the show don’t seem to like it, yeah not a good sign.

Least favorite from the mane cast?

Said this before but it’s Rarity, why?

Well I find her too much like the kind of pony I EXPECTED when I was watching the show; that’s not a bad thing, but most of the other ponies developed all these personalities I didn’t see coming. I’m just not the biggest fan of the “fashionable” pony. Don’t get me wrong I like Rarity a lot it’s not like she’s my least favorite character in the series; and she’s had tons of good moments mostly her relationship with Sweetie Belle and how she interacts with Applejack occasionally (it’s always good to see complete opposites having to deal with each other).

And it’s a stupid reason, but I hate her mane. Mostly cause I have trouble drawing it.

Honestly I used to not like Pinkie Pie all that much, but now she’s my 2nd favorite pony so it’s always possible for Rarity to suddenly become my favorite pony.

Favorite animal featured in the show?

Tough choice, this depends on if you mean REAL animals or mythological creatures like the manticore, cockatrice, and such are fine too.

Personally if I had to limit it to real animals I’d probably go with Tank (Rainbow Dash’s pet tortoise), The bat (which I kind of wish was Rainbow Dash’s pet instead…but oh well I still like Tank alot), and Gummy (cause he’s just hilariously awesome).

Mythological wise; I really like the Manticore, the Cockatrice, and Dragons; I was always a monster fan and they were nice threats for the characters. Dragons were especially fun how they are given their own rules in this universe like the way they get bigger the greedier they are.

Favorite Background Pony

Derpy Hooves.

A little cliche but the character has really proven how much the fandom loves the series…so far that they have gone to naming EVERY background pony they find. And Derpy was one of the first. I mean it’s just baffles me how much love can be given to a simple background character; a fan told backstory, fanfiction, fan art…it’s all developed into making this character so popular she hasn’t only been mentioned…but even gets the rare honor to speak as a background pony. It’s just an amazing inspiration that all it takes is a BACKGROUND character can steal the love of so many fans…yet alone how much the actual characters and other aspects of the series can earn! So cheers Derpy, you’re the best pony even if people are gonna bitch about your voice.

Favorite Cutie Mark?

Tough choice…probably gonna go with Screwball’s cutiemark though (A baseball and a screwball), it was a nice reference to the Looney Tune cartoons when they use to show that image as a joke like “Crack Pot”, “Sucker”, and “Jackass”. Nothing against all the other cutie marks…but that one just makes me chuckle and I’m too lazy to look through EVERY cutie mark to see which one I know I’d like the best.

I also like Orion (Orion Constellation), Trixie (Wand with magic), Derpy (Seven Bubbles), Doctor Whooves (Hourglass), Granny Smith (Apple Pie), Octavia (Treble Clef), and because I’m going outside the cannon of the show Littlepip (A Pip Buck) and Velvet Remedy (Singing Nightingale) just cause I’m a Fallout Equestria fanboy.

Day 2- Favorite and Least Favorite Episodes

Favorite: Return of Harmony Part 1

Why: Biggest thing that makes this episode; Fucking Discord! He’s just awesome his lines are fun and he’s an interesting new foe for the mane cast, I wouldn’t call him evil…it’s just obvious he enjoys things chaotic and wild and it was fun watching his chaos just starting out. It was also interesting watching him split up and make each pony given into their element of discord. I only wish the second part was better…the first half of it was good but then the second half kinda rushes by and the problem is over already…but I’m getting off topic. I like that it didn’t feel rushed and it ended on a good cliff-hanger all week making me wander what would happen next.

Least Favorite: Owl’s Well That Ends Well

Why: I just feel this is one of the episodes that didn’t work so well, probably the one that works the least. Sure it’s nice to give Spike an episode…but does it have to be about him getting jealous over a pet owl? I dunno…it’s just finally time for Spike to get some serious focus in an episode…and he just looks like a jerk in this one. It’s definitely one of the ones I never really felt like re-watching. Plus that “who?” joke got  old way too quick.

To be fair…the episodes are hard to pick between…I don’t see why it seems “Lesson Zero” seems to be the fan favorite so far, sure it’s funny but I felt Twilight was going crazy…for a kind of stupid reason. Just do what Applejack did say “Ahem. I DIDN’T LEARN ANYTHING!”

I’d list my favorite episodes from favorite to least favorite…but it’s a pretty big list so I’m gonna not worry about it right now.

Day 1 - Favorite character from the mane cast?

Applejack.

Why? Well part of the reason may have been I was on a sort of “western kick” at the time I found out about My Little Pony and watched it, so yeah cowpony grabs my attention right away. Though I started liking her for her personalty; an honest pony who obviously cares a lot for her family and friends though sometimes can be rather stubborn about issues at hand. In a lot of ways she feels like an older sister to the other mane cast members. Maybe I connect in a slight way as an older sibling myself? Maybe I like she’s one of the characters to get her less than perfect issues such as her stubborn pride and her cultural differences explored early in the series? Maybe I just adore that accent? I’m not entirely sure, to be honest ALL the mane cast is lovable in their own way I just tend to like Applejack the most myself. If you’re really curious my list of favorite to least favorite mane cast goes; Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, though this is always due to change, cause when you THINK you pick out your favorite one of the others suddenly does something that makes you love them for a good long while.
